Ken obtained both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Virginia. As an undergraduate he double majored in Economics and Government, was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and graduated with high distinction in 1981. Since graduating from law school in 1984, he has practiced law in El Paso. He was licensed to practice in Texas in 1984.
He is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. His diverse civil litigation practice covers the full range of insurance defense cases, including construction accidents and defects, design professional liability and products liability.
He has been board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1990. Ken also represents both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation. Ken is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Texas Association of Defense Counsel, and the Texas Bar Foundation.
